It is Hungary`s world-famous spa. The largest peat-based, warm-water spa in Europe with radon content and unique medicinal power can be found here. Hévíz is situated on the north-western part of Lake Balaton, 6 km away from Keszthely, the capital of Lake Balaton and 15 km from FlyBalaton, the new international airport in Sármellék. Hotel Erzsébet *** can be found at the heart of Hévíz, right next to the entrance of the world-famous spa. The 47 nicely-furnished rooms, three of which have living-rooms as well, offer comfortable accommodation for guests. Each of the rooms has an air-conditioner, a private bathroom, a colour television, a radio and a telephone. A safe deposit and a mini bar are also available for the guests of the hotel. Cars can be parked safely in the underground parking lot of the hotel. The classic-style, air-conditioned restaurant of the hotel, which has a terrace as well, awaits guests with Hungarian, international, dietetic and vegetarian dishes. In summer the grill terrace provides opportunities for organizing wine-tasting and musical grill evenings. Our hotel has a therapeutics section equipped with the most modern technologies. Besides modern specialist (internal medicine and rheumatologist) treatments, traditional Hévíz treatments (mud packing, electric and climate therapy, therapeutic massages) and modern SPA, Thalasso, Wellness and recreational treatments, eastern massages (Shiatsu, Ayurvedic, Yumeiho) also contribute to the recovery and health preservation of our guests. Our cosmetology section, supervised by a physician, using internationally acknowledged, most modern technologies and offering modern Babor and High-Care professional treatments, offers its beautifying, body shaping and rejuvenating treatments. We provide permanent make-up, permanent hair removal, varix, psoriasis and acne treatments and services. In addition, free sauna use will make the stay and recreation of our guests complete.
